Setting Up the Consultation
To ensure your comfort and privacy, we offer flexibility in meeting locations. You can choose a venue that suits you best, or if you prefer, we can arrange a discreet meeting at a secret location that we will provide. Your comfort is our priority, and we want you to feel at ease discussing your ideas.

The Design Consultation
In this collaborative session, we will explore your ideas, inspirations, and any specific themes or elements you want to incorporate. Additionally, we'll discuss your budget to ensure that the designs we develop fit within your financial parameters. This is a welcoming environment for open conversation, allowing creativity to flourish. 

Concept Development
After our consultation, we will create three unique hand-drawn sketches and mood boards that capture the essence of your vision. This combination will provide a clear view of the possibilities, allowing you to select the direction that resonates most with you.

​Post-Consultation Process
Upon finalising your design concept, we will proceed with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and service agreement. A 50% deposit is required at this stage to initiate the project. Throughout the design and creation process, we will maintain open communication and schedule both initial and second fittings to ensure your complete satisfaction. The remaining 50% of the balance is due upon project completion.
